I find maintaining business a more tricky job unlike that of a corporate job. For one, businesses are often unstable: even huge businesses suffer losses from time to time. The corporate job, however, is bounded by employment contracts or agreements which put the employee into having stable jobs and regular perks and benefits mandated by law.
